Flashman records directly
in broadcast format. This saves time and avoids quality issues
which result from cascading. All important broadcast formats
are available: MPEG Layer 2 and 3 as well as linear coding
in various bit rates.
The recording medium is a CompactFlash card. No more time-consuming
transfer via cable. Instead just hand over the card immediately
after the recording or start editing on a computer.
Another outstanding Flashman feature which saves precious
time: You can work in parallel. Once the first recording is
done, take out the CompactFlash card and give it to a colleague
for further processing. No need for a DAT player, no laborious
spooling to edit your interview while you are doing the next. |
