| All CENTAURI Gateways support
the unique MAYAH
FlashCast¢ç technology - featuring fully automatic recognition
of the remote audio codec, regardless of whether there is a
CCS CDQPRIMA¢ç, RoadRunner, CDQ1000, CDQ2001, Telos Zephyr, Dialog4
MusicTaxi, Slimline, Acamas, Pronto, AETA or AEQ at the other
end of the line. As long as they use their known proprietary
audio codec formats for ISDN 1 and 2 B-channel connections and
CENTAURI knows the active algorithm and inverse multiplexing,
it will be able to send and receive mono and/or stereo audio
with no additional manual setup.
Even more exciting is the short synchronization
time needed for such automatic recognition of remote hardware
audio codecs. It is generally accepted that for even a very
small automatic function, many seconds can pass until a stable
synchronization has been obtained. However, MAYAH's FlashCast
technology recognizes the audio codec and connects almost
as quickly as a hardware codec of the same type. The FlashCast
family also includes Flashman, EditPro and SendIt ? a range
of portable products complementary to
CENTAURI.
